Berry-Mango cold oats
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup Oats
1 cup Unsweetened nut milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Slivered almonds
1 tbsp Coconut shreds
Frozen berries
Frozen mango chunks
Steps:
1. Mix ingredients
2. Let it sit a little (anywhere between 1h to 1 day)
3. Enjoy!
