Healthy "choco" spread


Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

1/3 cup water

3/4 cup pitted dates

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Preparation:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, put in the coconut oil, water and dates and microwave for a couple minutes, just so the dates get soft.

2. With a hand mixer, puree the dates and gradually add the cocoa powder until it's a nice smooth spread.

It stays good for a while in the fridge and it's delicious on toasts or in a pb&j sandwich!
