Raspberry chia pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk (or other milk substitute)
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation:
1. Pour the milk into a mason jar.
2. Puree the raspberries with a fork and add to the jar.
3. Add in the maple syrup and chia seeds, screw the top and give it a good shake.
4. Put in the fridge for a few hours to let it turn into pudding.
Eat it as a pudding or add it over a smoothie, granola, fruits, cereals...
